练习合气道的益处

合气道是一门锻炼身心的武道。它能令身体变得更加强健而柔韧,令身体四肢及所有关节都能得到全面的锻炼及应用,合气道并不要求不自然的强化性体格训练,反而需要练习者在训练过程中达到一种自然放松的状态。

合气道作为一门武道而不是单纯的运动,秉承着许多道德、传统和精神价值观。这有助于练习者培养出敏锐、平和、谦逊、仁爱、且能灵活应对的思维。通过不断的合气道练习,可以让练习者感受及领悟到合气道哲学的真正意义——不会轻易受任何事物所影响,并能很好的把持个人正确的价值观。

其实,合气道可以被视为一种生活方式,既在道场上锻炼的经验和感悟,也可以应用到日常生活中去。

合气道开祖植芝盛平先生在晚年的时候曾说过这样一番话:“我只不过是合气道的初学者,合气道需要一直不断的感悟。”

As the founder puts it aptly in last words,  ‘I am but a beginner in Aikido’.
